41st Annual Institute Dear Friends Dear Friends and Colleagues, On behalf of the Maryland Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, I invite you to our 41st Annual Institute. This year, we have an outstanding educational program and many exciting social activities planned. The Annual Institute Committee has done a fantastic job creating a program centering on the important issues facing healthcare. Again this year we moved the event to a new exciting location and hotel. Our Annual Institute will be held in National Harbor, Maryland at the Gaylord National. It’s a fantastic location in Maryland with close proximity to Washington, DC. We know that your time is valuable and that many of your organizations continue to spend your education and travel budgets wisely in response to challenging financial conditions. Our Annual Institute is first class in terms of the educational value with quality speakers and the total amount of available CPE’s - 18. We, again, are offering new members, who join us at the Annual Insti- tute, a combination registration and membership fee of $625 to first time members. This new pro- motion provides a savings of $75 to people who attend the Institute and become new members. Membership will be effective October 1, 2011. We hope that you will join us at this exciting event. Take advantage of this opportunity to listen to and learn from dynamic speakers and network with your fellow healthcare financial profes- sionals. You may want to consider using this occasion as a team building opportunity for your organization’s Finance Team. Don’t miss the chance to learn and catch up with old friends and make new ones. I look forward to seeing you at our Annual Institute at the Gaylord National Harbor.
