THE 2020 NEW ENGLAND PUBLIC WORKS EXPOThe New England Public Works Expo has become one of the largest and most successful expos of its kind in New England. Attendance continues to increase year after year, with an average of 2,000 public works personnel and officials, guests, and area and national vendors attending each year.
The 41st annual expo will be held at the Boxboro Regency Hotel and Conference Center on Wednesday, September 16th and Thursday, September 17th, 2020. This is the 7th consecutive year that the show has been held at this location, which is conveniently located off Interstate 495 at Exit 28.
Each year brings new vendors and attendees, making this event an excellent opportunity to showcase your company and products to all who attend the expo.

All booth spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with special consideration for those vendors who wish to reserve their booth from the previous year’s show. Vendors who intend to take advantage of this opportunity MUST make their booth reservation immediately upon receiving the show information.
If you prefer a particular booth space, you are encouraged to make your reservation as soon as possible.

The 2020 New England Public Works Expo will include a variety of indoor and outdoor booth spaces. Please note that large equipment will NOT be allowed in the indoor area. All vendors who wish to display large equipment will be required to reserve an outdoor booth.
All equipment placed in indoor booths MUST NOT exceed the booth dimensions.
INDOOR BOOTHS:Indoor booth spaces in the convention center can accommodate all table top displays and equipment that can fit into booth sizes that are 8’ x 10’, 10’ x 10’, 8’ x 20’, 16’ x 10’, and 20’ x 10’.
Indoor booth prices: 8’ x 10’ - $950 10’ x 10’ - $950 8’ x 20’ - $1400 16’ x 10’ - $1400 20’ x 10’ - $1400
• All indoor booths will receive a table and two chairs. If you require additional amenities for your booth, please contact Capital Convention Contractors at 877-335-3700 or download the Exhibitor Package online at nepublicworksexpo.org
• If your booth requires electricity, there will be an additional charge. You may call the Boxboro Regency Hotel and Convention Center at 978-263-8701
• All indoor booths will have pipe and drapes and signage • Indoor vendors may set up between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 15th • Indoor vendors with table top displays only may set up before 8:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, September 16th
• Equipment placed indoors must have gas cap taped and battery disconnected per order of the Boxborough Fire Department
Once all equipment is placed in the convention center, it must remain there for the two-day duration of the show. No equipment will be allowed to be removed before the end of the show on September 17th at 2:00 p.m.
OUTDOOR BOOTHS:Outdoor booths are located outside the facility at the convention center.
Outdoor booth prices: 30’ x 18’ - $1600 18’ x 40’ - $1600 40’ x 25’ - $1600 30’ x 36’ - $1700
• All equipment must be set-up on Tuesday, September 17th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Vendors who have reserved a booth and fail to set up within the designated time frame will be relocated to a booth designated by MHA officials (see floor plan).
All equipment must be removed from the premises by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17th, unless arrangements have been made in advance.

SEMINARSThe educational seminars will be held in the Boxboro Regency Hotel and Conference Center. A list of seminar topics will be listed on the website www.nepublicworksexpo.org as soon as they are finalized. If you think you have an interesting topic and would like to be a speaker at a seminar during the expo call 781-245-7070.

• After booking a booth space, each vendor will receive 300 complimentary tickets (valued at $10 per ticket) to distribute to customers before the show. We encourage vendors to put their company name and booth information on the tickets so that potential customers will know where to find the booth at the show. Over 50,000 complimentary tickets will be distributed throughout New England
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONSBoxboro Regency Hotel and Conference Center rooms are available at a special MHA rate. Make sure you mention the expo to receive the discounted rate.

For additional information, contact Ann ([email protected]) at 781-245-7070.A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the reserved booth space must be received within 14 days after the application has been confirmed and secured. Booth reservations are considered to be secure after the signed application is faxed , emailed or mailed to JC Marketing Associates. All applications must be secured within one week of reservation. If the nonrefundable deposit is not received within 14 days of confirmation, the booth will be cancelled and will be available to other vendors.Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the first day of the expo. No vendor will be allowed to participate in the expo if full payment has not been received before the expo.Cancellation policy-If a vendor needs to cancel, all requests must be put in writing and, if granted, the vendor will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit. Vendors will not be able to cancel after September 3rd and no refunds for those who pay in full will be granted after September 3, 2020. There will be no exceptions.
