ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP GET THE EXPERIENCE. ABOUT THE 4+1 PROGRAM How would you like to graduate in five years with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, saving you as much as 27 percent* off graduate tuition? Now practically any undergraduate major can pair his or her four-year baccalaureate program with a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership to earn two degrees in less time. Here’s how it works: students accepted into the 4+1 MSOL program begin earning graduate credits during their fourth year, in addition to completing a typical senior course load. Students begin graduate studies with a foundation of core courses, including Leadership Theory and Practice during senior year, fall semester, and Leadership and Organizational Behavior during senior year, spring semester. The fifth and final year of the 4+1 program requires students to enroll full-time, beginning the summer following baccalaureate graduation. The nine remaining graduate courses (27-credits) are then completed between summer, fall, J-Term and spring semesters. Students are able to complete the 33-credit graduate program in one calendar year.
