phase 1, funded by USAID/OFDA, to develop and agree shelter specifications for Shelter Module

phase 2, funded by DFID, will develop and test prototypes, concluding with technical specifications for publication

the focus will be on a modular cladding solution made of standardised plastic sheeting and a modular joint
