Dr. Arora has been associated in past as HR Head with Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur; Head, Amity Business School, Jaipur; Chair (Business Administration, Marketing, Management), College of Business and Economics, Eritrea (Africa); Asst Professor, India International Institute of Management, Jaipur. Dr. Arora was felicitated by Times of India and National Academy of Event Management and Development (NAEMD) on Teacher’s Day 2014. She has been awarded ‘Best Faculty of the Year Award 2003-04’ by Hon’ble Vice President of India, Late Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat and felicitated by His Excellency, the then Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Madan Lal Khurana. She was honoured by Distt Ladies Club as ‘Outstanding Teacher of the Year 1998’ (Professional Studies).
