With 11 years of industry experience, more than 500 medical enterprises accumulated cooperation and more than 40 kinds of technology research and development, Norman Bill launched NB280M medical 3D printing vacuum heat treatment system, a vacuum heat treatment furnace tailored for 3D printing medical treatment. NB280M abandons the traditional vacuum furnace split structure and adopts the integrated structure, which not only has a beautiful appearance, but also greatly reduces the equipment area. Molecular pump plus mechanical pump vacuum pumping unit is clean and oil-free, which greatly improves the vacuum acquisition time without oil return of diffusion pump, and ensures the cleanliness of vacuum chamber and processing materials. The equipment is also equipped with PLC, oxygen analyzer, vacuum curve recorder, etc., to achieve data rigor and objectivity.
