General Questions or Problems If you have any questions or problems during the event, please contact any USC Caruso Catholic Center Staff wearing gold badges. You may also contact the Zone Leader on page 8.

First Aid Kit Located at red Hospitality Tent and Staff Lounge. In the case of an emergency, call 911.

Security We have 6 security guards on duty during the event. If you see a situation that needs to be handled by security, do not hesitate to call on one of the guards and notify Rudy Lowe 414-791-9961. In the case of an emergency, call 911.

Parking Parking is available at Hebrew Union College across the street from the Catholic Center. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Hoover near 32nd. Parking in the small lot behind our Church is strictly off limits. 1 reserved spot for the Guest of Honor. USC Village parking is available. Catholic Center validates parking for up to 3 hours only. *In the case our validation machines are down, guests should let the garage attendant know that they were at the Catholic Center event and they will be let through free of charge. Metered parking available, please mind the parking restrictions. Shrine lot parking also available for a fee.

Wi-Fi Each attending guest in need of Wi-Fi at the USC Caruso Catholic Center may connect to the “USC Guest Wireless” network. Password is not needed.

Staff & Volunteer Lunch Lunch is available at 1:30pm in the Staff Lounge for Caruso Catholic Center Staff & Volunteers only.

In-N-Out Burger Vouchers Extra vouchers are available at the red Hospitality Tent in the street. Volunteer Ushers will also have them on hand to distribute. All Staff, Volunteers, Crew and Vendors are invited to enjoy In-N-Out Burger, as well as the beverages and Desserts in the Small Courtyard and Newman Hall. *Ushers, if you run out of vouchers, retrieve more at the tent. There will be a steady stream of people joining the celebration.

ABC7 & LAFD Spark of Love Toy Drive We are collecting new toys for the Spark of Love Toy Drive. We are collecting for 1 day only. If people want to donate toys in the coming days, direct them to Fire Station 15 up the street from us, or encourage them to go online to find a different drop-off location close to them. We are NOT distributing toys.

Photo, Video, Media Policy Professional media photography and videotaping are not permitted unless contracted by the USC Caruso Catholic Center or prior approval given. Approved media personnel will be wearing a media credential/lanyard. Contact Abbie Brucelo 310-433-2600 for questions.
