of this famous local wine. 12:00 Our last stop will be at a traditional balsamic vinegar making factory (“Acetaia Rossi Barattini”) where the owner will explain how this delicious local speciality is made, and will let you into the secrets of

the traditional recipe and a demonstration of its various uses.

Payment Registration can only be confirmed

upon receipt of the payment. If the amount will not be received before the

event, Kes Srl will issue an invoice for

the amount due with Direct Remittance payment.

Cancellation Cancellations must be received in writing on or before 10th March.

In case of cancellation after this deadline or non-participation, the

registration fee is NOT refundable.

If you are note able to attend, registration may be transferred to a

member of your organization up to 3 days in advance of the conference.

For reasons not predictable, Kes Srl reserves the right to change the

program, speakers, teaching methods, location and dates of the event. Not be

liable for the payment of refunds or damage.
