The Katie Beckett Program offers a special eligibility process to allow certain children with long term disabilities, severe emotional disabilities or complex medical needs living at home with their family, to access a Wisconsin Forward Health Medicaid card. A child may be eligible for Medicaid through this program even if they are covered under the family’s private insurance or if
