Market and AmenitiesRedmondThe Redmond CBD is one of two designated regional growth centers in Redmond. Today it is home to nearly 42,000 residents and more than 30,000 jobs. Downtown is targeted to accommodate one-third of Redmond’s planned housing growth through 2030. The Puget Sound Regional Council is estimating that Redmond’s CBD population will grow by 12% to 46,409 in 2030.
