“Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass
away until all these things have taken place.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words
will not pass away. But of that day or hour, no
one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the
Son, but only the Father.” - Mk 13:30-32

Catholic Church the reception of Holy
Communion is a mark of formal union with
the Church. Catholics who are disposed and

fasting are permitted to present themselves
for Communion. We encourage our other
guests to use this time to make a spiritual
communion in their heart and to join us in our
prayers and hymns. Please feel free to ask
questions before or after the Mass. We are
glad to talk and pray with you!

Thank You from Fr. Tom!
Our Parish Mission ("The Week of Saint Joseph") was an extraordinary time of grace
here in LaSalle! I have really enjoyed hearing about the particular graces and
blessings that were received. Let's keep sharing those with one another, so that the
joy of God continues to grow in our parish family! I want to thank everyone who
participated and especially all those who worked hard to make the week possible. I
am extremely grateful to the Gielow brothers, Fr. Robert and Fr. Richard, for sharing
their priestly hearts with us...how amazing to have twinbrother priests celebrating
their 50th anniversary in their hometown! I am also very grateful to Fr. Dittmer and
Fr. Harris whose presence and ministry rounded out the week perfectly! While it
would be impossible to list everyone, I would like to mention the ladies of the St. Anne
Sodality who helped host the receptions for the Gielow brothers, the TCA students,
who wonderfully helped us praise the Lord with their voices, Mr. Dan Nagle who
coordinated the new statue project at St. Hyacinth, the St. Hyacinth Hispanic
community for providing food and music for the picnic, and our topnotch parish
ofEice staff who coordinated many things. We hope to provide many similar
opportunities for spiritual renewal in the future, and I can't wait for the next one!
