Outdoor nature sculpture: Look at the Andy Goldworthy Visual sheet in the additional resources. Go outside and find natural materials to use to create a work of art in his style.

Youtube “LUNCH DOODLES with Mo Willems.” Pick your favorite episode to draw a book character.

Use playdough, floam, or any other modeling type of clay to make a sculpture or creature. If you do not have playdough see the additional resources for a recipe. Make sure you ask your parents first. :)

Follow “Let’s Draw Robots” guided drawing in the additional resources to draw a robot! Color your robot with washable markers to add some color. Bonus: Use a slightly wet paintbrush to paint over your marker lines to turn the marker into watercolor paint! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiGnFetB7Wg

Find and discover new textures! Walk around your house or neighborhood and take texture rubbings of different objects! Use a piece of paper and a crayon to put over the top of the object. Rub the crayon on the paper to see the texture pop up! What is your favorite?

Music

15 - 30 min.

Instrument Invention: Draw a picture of your invention. Describe the following: how it is played, constructed, and what it sounds like. Challenge: Build your instrument invention!

How many songs can you name? Write down or name as many songs as you can think of in one minute. Choose one of the songs you listed/named and sing or listen to a recording. Challenge: Draw a picture about the song.
