USE / APPLICATION Hortisul is a virtually chloride-free and highly concentrated grade of Sulphate of Potash with improved potassium content and solubility. It has been specifically developed for fertigation and foliar spray, but due to its low dust content and its granulometry it is also suitable for direct soil application (eg for golf courses). For optimum dissolution Hortisul should be added under stirring to the respective solution (water, nutrient solution). In order to prevent possible nozzle blockage in irrigation systems it is recommended to use filters or to decant the solution once insolubles have settled. The product is made from crude potassium salt of natural origin and is permitted for use in organic farming according to the Regulations (EC) No 834/2007 and (EC) No 889/2008. 4.
