Rutgers Business School International Partnership Office business.rutgers.edu RBS 3+2 Program Overview To attract high-achieving and high potential international students, the RBS 3+2 program partners with highly selective universities from abroad to offer an accelerated dual- degree program. Students admitted to the program receive a bachelor’s degree from their home institution, and a specialized master’s degree in a business-related field from Rutgers Business School in five years or less. Students in their home universities apply to the program in the third year of their undergraduate degree studies. Students who have completed most of the required coursework for their bachelor’s degree (generally no more than nine credits remaining) will be admitted as full-time graduate students at Rutgers, and can start taking graduate classes immediately upon arrival at Rutgers in the fourth year. The graduation requirements for both undergraduate degree from the home university and the graduate degree from Rutgers will be completed concurrently in the final two years at RBS. ELIGIBILITY To be considered for the 3+2 program, students need to complete most of the required credits for their undergraduate degree in the first three years (generally no more than 9 credits remaining). Students who have more than 9 credits or 3 courses remaining should reach out to the international program office for a case by case analysis. Cumulative grade point average (GPA): at least 3.0 out of 4.0 or rank among the top 30% of their school, by the time of their enrollment at Rutgers. Satisfy the minimum English language proficiency requirements for acceptance into graduate programs at Rutgers University. (iBT TOEFL ≥ 83 or IELTS ≥ 6.5) Please note that a higher score will improve your chance of admission and are required for some Master programs. GMAT ≥ 600. Students with an exceptional background may waive the GMAT requirement at the discretion of the Program Directors.
