Step 1: Start Archive. To start the archive process, simply click the “Start Archive” button below the video monitor window on the En-coder Control interface. We do not start or stop this process remote-ly – you have full control.

Step 2: Stop Archiving. To end the archiving process, simply click the “Stop Archive” button located in the same area of the screen.

Step 3: Program Details. When you stop the capture, you will be prompted to enter information about the broadcast that you are archiving. These fields must be completed prior to submitting the file for archiving. Once you have filled in the requested fields, press or click the “OK” button. Your file will be queued up for FTP transfer to our servers with your meta-data attached.

Step 4: Transfer & View. At your discretion, you will need to upload the files to us, once all of your Live Broadcasts are completed for the day. Once you are ready to do so, simply press or click the “Upload” button on the Encoder Control. You may re-order, delete, or remove your files in the queue as needed. Once the files are uploaded you will be notified that the process is complete. Your files will be scheduled in your Media Player in the next 24 hours.

The archives are formatted in Windows Media in four speeds (300k, 100k, 18k and 16k audio only) for a maximum audience potential.

Statistics:Network Stream Stats – Who’s watching you? How long are they watching? Your streaming video audience needs to be evaluated. We provide accurate stream statistics that allow you to see how many viewers watched your live broadcast.

We break the statistics down by connection speed so that you can begin to see how you are watched – by broadband, DSL or dial-up.

Live Concurrent Stream Stats – This feature allows you to see how many individuals are watching during your live broadcast in real-time. Use this tool to evaluate audience behaviors which will allow you to tailor your worship services to meet

their needs as well.

On Demand Daily Viewing Activity – Evaluate the success of your individual video programs that are available for On Demand use to see how often they are being viewed on a daily basis.

There are many companies out there that can do streaming – but we have set out to assist the local church and ministry to use that webcast for ministry. In order to do true outreach using our services, the audience must be engaged in the process. We have developed a toolbox of features to assist you in reaching back to your audience and drawing them into your virtual congregation in our Partner Resource Center.

Audience Interactivity Features:FaithPass Registrations – The FaithPass Registrations tool allows you to view the audience submitted contact information obtained using the FaithPass feature in your Customized Media Player. Their name, email address, physical address, country are all available

on the date they first visited your webcast. This data is easily downloaded from the .CSV format and imported into your local system for follow up, partnership and ministry.

Viewer Response Archives – As your audience responds to your message, they will be encouraged to respond. The response tools we have available through the QuickFlash “Contact Us” call to action

allows them to respond immediately through a form that requests their email address and response. These responses are logged here in this Viewer Response Archive – and also copied to a local email address you will have submitted. These responses are a great way to interact with your viewing audience.

Viewer Prayer Requests – Prayer Requests are also requested using the QuickFlash call to action – and the requests are tallied here in this feature. You are able to respond immediately if necessary to the request as the

Prayer Requests are available in real-time.

Create/Edit Poll Feature – Evaluate the needs and responses of your viewing audience through the Poll Feature. You are able to create your own poll – using a question and multiple choices of three answers. The

polls are available to your audience through the QuickFlash ad space and are in the rotation of ads there. Poll users respond and see the totals in real-time as soon as they submit their answer.

Program Scheduling Utility – Programming Schedule Utility is a tool for creating and scheduling live programming. This tool will handle the management of your currently scheduled live programs as well as allowing

you to create new programs for your live networks

Program Schedule Report – This tool will allow you to see a full week of scheduled live events at once. The Program Schedule Report will allow you to check over your scheduled live broadcasts and programs.

Ad Management Features:QuickFlash Ad Management – The purpose of this tool

is to enable you to manage your QuickFlash Ad feature

in your Customized Media Player. You can upload your

graphics, schedule them for use, modify the dates as needed and add

hyperlinks to your ad pool. Ad space is a premium on your website

– so use this space to re-emphasize your important ministry events,

promote your resources and encourage interaction with your online

congregation.

QuickFlash Preview – Preview your entire ad pool at once using this feature.

Daily QuickFlash Stats – These statistics will provide you with a snapshot of your QuickFlash use by your audience. Ad Impressions are tallied here along with the

percentage of interaction by click. These stats are provided by a daily breakdown.

Video On Demand Features:

Video Upload Utility - The Video Upload Utility will allow you to upload and encode your source video files for On Demand use in your Customized Media Player. This utility will allow you to upload

your source file(s) to an online encoder – where it will be automatically processed to our standards in Windows Media formats for use in your VOD Player. You can tag the files with metadata, key words and give each one a shelf-life – allowing you to better manage your On Demand environment.

VOD Content Listing – This feature is useful for creating a link on your website for a specific video. These individual links point to every program you have available in your Video On Demand library,

thus allowing you to specify the exact video you would like to distribute.

VOD Data Transfer – The amount of bandwidth transferred is displayed in this feature giving you a picture of how much your VOD is being used.

VOD Storage – Individual files sizes are displayed here as well as the total amount of space you are using for storage.

Remove On Demand Content Utility – Storage of files is great – but clean up is a necessity. This utility will allow you to remove programs from availability in your Media Player and also remove them from the

storage servers.
