6 Protests: Protests, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall

be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15 minutes of

the occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee

7 Withdrawals: A player may withdraw at any stage, after informing the

Chief Arbiter in writing

8 Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the rights of admission to

the venue and lodging places

9 Lodging; Free for all Gms, Ims, WGMs and WIMs. Other Players need

to arrange their accomodation

10 General discipline should be maintained at tournament venue. No

shouting, or playing any physical games at venue and surrounding

area.

11 Players shall be present for opening and closing function of the

tournament.

12 Rights of Admission : The organizers reserve the rights to admit or

refuse any entry without assigning any reason there of. They also

reserve the rights of Admission to the Venue..

13 THE DECISION OF THE ORGANIZING SECRETARY SHALL BE

FINAL IN ALL MATTERS

14 Players found disobeying this rule, the said player will be
