Custom Color Codes

The Color Codes Tab is located on the Appointment Book page under View Options. We can only create

color codes for Services, Service Categories, Confirmations, and Referrals.

1. Go into your Appointment Book.

2. Then on the bottom left there should be an Options button.

3. You should see a list and a View Options link.

4. This should open up the options for the appointment book and the second tab should be the

Color Code area.

5. You can then control the colors of your appointments and customize your own with the ADD

button on the right.

Custom Color Codes

Once you Add a Custom Color Code, you can select which Type and Color you wish to use. You can

select from Services, Service Categories, Referrals, and Confirmations. You will need to set each Custom

Color Code to just one item in these categories.

Once you have saved the type and color you’ve selected, you will need to prioritize which type of color

code is most important and will show first when viewing the appointment. This is very important

because the software can only show one color code per appointment.
