What is Primal Eating?
• The Primal or Paleo diet is what humans consumed prior to the Neolithic period about 10,000 years ago
• Agricultural farming began in the Neolithic period

• Meat, fish, fowl, eggs, nuts, fruits, berries & tubers were eaten
• This was pre-agriculture and domestication of animals so grains and dairy were not consumed
