In its place, we’ll have a required nightly reading log every night. This will help meet our school wide goal of books read, more information to come. Individual classroom teachers may send home some math home connections and math fluency practice. Back to school night is coming August 31 st 2017 from 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. August 28 th LPAC meeting 3:15 Rm 2 August 31 st Back to school night 5-6 P.M. September 1 Early Dismissal September 4 Labor Day No School September 5 Data Day—No School Welcome back for another great school year. We are excited to be a part of your child’s education. Please make sure all paper work is completed and turned into your child’s teacher. In this section of the Newsletter each classroom teacher will be nominating a student of the week for Recognition of Great leadership skills. So make sure to remind your child that the path to greatness is through Leading by example. Math Corner This week in math, we will be starting out with Number Sense practice in addition and Subtraction.
