Develop a partnership template for aquaculture • Each First Nation will retain the latitude to determine
the detailed content and terms
Conditions of License for non-aboriginal ventures should include a requirement for partnerships to be negotiated with local FNs
Agreements should be in place before Provincial tenures and Federal / Provincial aquaculture licences are allocated or renewed
