Dear Colleagues,

We are very glad to invite you at the Second International Scientific and

Educational Forum, dedicated to the problems of surgery and oncology. This event

is sign of intensive collaboration between the most important Russian and

International Scientific Societies, which gives an opportunity to change the

experience between specialists in different parts of surgery and oncology. This

Congress has a support of Worldwide Federation of Societies of Oncologists and

Surgeons and Russian – Italian Surgical Society.

The important moments like modern surgical protocols, new methods of patient’s

treatment, traditional and up-to-date surgical techniques will be discussed through

the lessons of the experienced experts and also interactive conferences and

dynamic workshops. Congress will take a place in Mariinsky hospital.

In time of Congress you will have a good opportunity to visit the most beautiful

places in Russia: rivers Neva and Svir, Ladoga Lake and Onega Lake. Besides it

you will visit cultural monuments of Russia: islands Valaam and Kizhi, Mandrogi

1. The abstracts of the Forum should be written in Russian or English languages and be

sent to: thesis@oncology.ru up to April, 15 2012 2. Size of abstracts:

· The text should be printed on A4 paper using 2 gap in Word;

· Times New Roman 12 pt

· Fields above, below, right and left are 2

cm. Text should be printed on one page.

3. In abstracts should be no more than one figure or one table. It is acceptable for table to

reduce the type Times New Roman up to 10.

4. Structure of abstracts:

a. TITLE OF REPORT (cap and extra bold)

b. Names and surnames of all authors (lowercase letter)

c. Organization, city, country (lowercase letter)

d. Introduction, purpose, materials and methods, result and discussion, summary (or

conclusion)

e. Address, e-mail, tel./fax of all authors

The best reports will be published in leading international

surgical journal
