Conclusion

1. CTC = 2 shall be implemented across network. This gives 25-30% HR reduction without much impact on Data traffic

2. DL DTx shall be implemented across network. The same gives 10-15% improvement in TCH drop and 7-10% improvement on SDCCH Drop Rate.

3. T200S shall be increased to 780msec. The same gives 15- 20% improvement on SDCCH Drop Rate.

4. RET/SLO shall be trialed at 3 more BSCs. The same shall give 10 to 15% better SDCCH Success Rate.

5. T3122 shall be tried on BSC having high SDCCH Blocking.
