ORTTE FFIRARTSAST MLIM MINORITY MERIT LIST Merit list for Muslim Minority Boys & Girls for all streams i.e. Arts, Science &

Commerce are displayed separately.

Girl student/ Boy student should check their names in the other list also so that

they do not miss out their seat. If a Girl student has marked Gender as Boy in

pre-application form then her name will be appearing in Boys’ list & vice-versa.

Student should read and understand all the instructions properly before they start

filling up Online Admission form. Video clip showing step by step procedure for

online Admission is uploaded alongwith the Merit list on the website. Student should

go through this in detail, so that they do not face any problem throughout the Online

Admission process.

1) Students whose names are listed in the First Muslim Minority Merit list will

have to fill up Online College admission form (Cost of Admission form 100/-)

with the same login ID & Password with which they have filled up

pre-application form earlier.

2) All the information in the form should be filled up correctly. Incomplete forms will

not be accepted & admission will be cancelled. Students should pay their fees

online only after the form is completely filled up. They will get confirmation of

“Successful fees transfer” from the payment Gateway and then only procedure of

Online fees payment is deemed to be completed.

4) DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED ONLINE ALONGWITH ONLINE ADMISSION FORM

a) Copy of S.S.C. Marksheet.

b) Copy of School leaving certificate

c) Copy of Government online Registration form Part I & Part II

d) Parents Profile form. For this form seperate photograph of Mother & Father will

be required to be scanned & uploaded online

e) Photograph of student (not with school uniform) has to be scanned & uploaded

online.

5) All the above mentioned documents should be uploaded alongwith the Admission

form and then only student shall pay the fees online. Student should check the

fee chart properly before making online fees payment. If the fee applicable for a

particular subject is not paid as per fee chart then student will not be offered that

subject. Student should pay the fees only as per the stream and special

subject offered to them in the Merit list.

6) Once student selects subject/language and pays the fees, no change in the

Subject/language will be allowed later on.

7) Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

8) Verification of original documents will be done later on after College reopens.

Admission will be provisional till verification of all original documents are done.

9) Original School leaving Certificate will have to be submitted after college

reopens. If a student fails to submit, then admission will be cancelled at that time

and college will not be responsible for the same.

10) Eligibility procedure of students who have passed S.S.C. Examination from board

Other than Maharashtra State Board will be done later on after the College

reopens. Students will have to contact College office for the same at that time.

11) Under Muslim Minority Quota, Admission will not be given to students who have

passed Private S.S.C. examination.

12) Students who have been offered Computer Science but wish to change to

General Science now, are required to E-Mail the request letter asking for the

change at xiadmission2020@gmail.com. After they get the reply of permission

from the College authorities ONLY THEN they will be able to pay the fees for

General Science with one language & Biology.

13) French language will be offered to the students only if they pay fees applicable

for this language. If required fees is not paid then French language will

not be offered to the student later on.

14) Student listed in the Minority Merit list will have to pay the fees within the

stipulated time or else they will loose their seat in Muslim Minority quota and

their seat will be offered as per Merit to other students in 2nd Merit list.

Students listed in 1st Merit list will not be admitted under any

circumstances later on, once 2nd Merit list is displayed on the website.

15) Printout of fee receipt can be removed by the student and the same shall be

submitted to the College office for stamping and signature after

commencement of lecture/practical in the College.

In case of Vacant seats, 2nd Merit list of Muslim Minority will be

put up on website on Saturday, 5th September 2020 (3.00 p.m)
