McCormick WestMcCormick West is a 600-acre neighborhood located directly west of McCormick Woods
and has preliminary plat and master plan approval for up to 1,545 single family lots. The
property is nicely treed and gently rolling. It was originally anticipated that McCormick
West would work well as an age restricted retirement community given the success these
communities have had in the Puget Sound. There is a road that will provide McCormick
West direct access to the golf course and clubhouse. While an age restricted community is
one possible use for McCormick West, it is not a required use for this property which could
be single family.
