PERSONAL NOTES:

> ENGINEERING TRAININGBasics' about the 47 & 52 Some basic facts about the 47 & 52 display supplyThis display supply is intended for 47 and 52 LCD sets. It works together with a platform supply to fulfill the total supply requirement of the TV set. The supply is designed and manufactured by the external company Sanken (Japan). Philips buys the supply on its own responsibility and mounts the supply into the set on the incasing belt. There are 2 versions of this supply, one generates 295Vdc for the scanning backlight displays (HCFL), type number: 3H180WI. A second version supplies 24Vdc for all other displays (CCFL), type number: 3H199WI. This supply can be used with both the jaguar platform and with the new TV520 platform. On the supply panel the LCD inverter control signals ON/OFF and PWM control are fed through from the small signal panel. This supply has a global mains voltage range, from 90Vrms to 276Vrms.Philips CE Euroservice, Date 07/06/2007 . Chapter: 03, slide18
