The option will call residents to warn them of tornadoes, severe thunderstorms and flash floods. Residents may specify which types of storm warning alerts they would like to receive. If you have signed up for CodeRED in the past you do NOT need to re-sign up every year unless there has been a phone number or address change. Residents can sign up for CodeRED by going to the Cass County website at www.casscountynd.gov. A link to COMPOST PILE Only grass, leaves and garden waste are allowed in the compost pile located on south May Avenue. NO BRANCHES OR TWIGS!! If this continues to be abused, we may be in danger of NOTICE The dumping of refrigerators, freezers or any other kind of appliance and the dumping of concrete, bicycles or any other items will no longer be allowed behind the City Shop located on 1 st Street. Cass County residents have the option of receiving severe weather warnings by phone through the CodeRED Weather Warning alert system option. The option will call residents to warn them of tornadoes, severe thunderstorms and flash floods. Residents may specify which types of storm warning alerts they would like to receive. If you have signed up for CodeRED in the past you do NOT need to re-sign up every year unless there has been a phone number or address change. The system asks that you please assist family, friends and neighbors in signing up for the CodeRED system if they are unable to do so themselves. Residents can also call (701) 476-4068 to sign up.
