Allgemeine Hinweise

D K-Räder werden auf den Betriebspunkt abgedreht. Bei Bestellungen sind immer die QH-Daten oder der Laufraddurchmesseranzugeben.Bei Nutzung des hydraulischen Auslegungsprogrammes wird der Laufraddurchmesser automatisch über dieQH-Daten ermittelt und der Aggregatbezeichnung angefügt.

D S-, F-, D- und E-Räder sind nur mit den dokumentierten Laufraddurchmessern lieferbar! Bei Bestellungen ist immer derLaufraddurchmesser an die Aggregatbezeichnung anzuhängen.

D Die Förderhöhen und Leistungsangaben gelten für Medien mit der Dichte ρ = 1 kg/dm3, der kinematischen Zähigkeit ν bis20 mm2/s und für Werkstoffausführung G.

D Bei hydraulischen Abnahmen von Pumpen anderer Werkstoffausführungen sind die dokumentierten Wirkungsgrade um 2Punkte zu reduzieren.

D Der Leistungsbedarf ist gegebenenfalls entsprechend der Dichte des Fördermediums zu korrigieren:P2erf. = ρmedium (kg/dm

3) x P2doku

Bei einem Betriebsbereich ist immer der Betriebspunkt mit dem größten Leistungsbedarf maßgebend!D Zum Ausgleich der unvermeidbaren Toleranzen der Anlagenkennlinie, der Pumpenkennlinie, der Motorkennlinie etc.

empfehlen wir die Motorgröße immer mit einer ausreichenden Leistungsreserve zu wählen!

D Wenn örtliche Vorschriften oder Unsicherheiten in der Anlagenberechnung größere Reserven fordern, sind diese maßgebend!D Bei den Aufstellarten K und D (mit Kühlmantel) ist für den Kühlkreislauf immer ein Leistungszuschlag von 1,5 kW hinzuzufügen.

Allgemeine Hinweise zum Betrieb von Tauchmotorpumpen im Abwasser

D Achtung! Im Abwasser führt eine zu geringe Fließgeschwindigkeit in der Druckrohrleitung zu Verstopfungen und zu erhöhtemVerschleiß.In der vertikalen Steigleitung sollte die Geschwindigkeit von 2 m/s nicht unterschritten werden.

D Achtung! Im Abwasser führt eine zu gering Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Laufrades zu Verstopfungen der Hydraulik(Frequenzumrichterbetrieb).Die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit, gemessen am Laufradaußendurchmesser, darf 15 m/s nicht unterschreiten.
