great parking facilities and runs frequent trains to London Waterloo in 60 minutes. There is

also a regular service to London Waterloo, taking 44 minutes from Tunbridge Wells station.

Royal Tunbridge Wells itself is only about 45 miles from London, with easy access to the M25

via the A21. And Gatwick Airport is around 24 miles away, taking approximately 50 minutes

on the motorway.

The area also benefits from a number of excellent state, independent and grammar schools,

together with one of Canterbury Christ Church University’s campuses based just outside

Tunbridge Wells.
