ADDITIONALLY, A PLAQUE SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE BIKE PARKING FACILITY LOCATION THATINCLUDES THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE MANAGER OR ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FORMAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITY (FIGURE 4).
