SPECIFICATIONS

Floatation system of Floating Fountain

Premier Sequencing Floating Jet Fountain with white aerated water jets shooting high are quite

attractive and maintenance free. The floating is in the form of a Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) white

“Premier” Circular Float. The Fountain is mounted on circular floats built to international standards in FRP

with aluminum sub frame for complete corrosion resistance. This structure gives completely different

chemical and physical properties than the properties of the individual materials. In fact, these materials

satisfy higher engineering requirements than the ordinary materials. The marine and the aerospace

industries are main users of composite materials. The primary role of fibres is to provide strength and

stiffness to the material. It also contributes to the inter-laminar shear strength. There are four separate

compartments each fitted with closed cell foam, which prevents the entry of water even if a float is

holed.

The center jet will be kept at center and the peripheral jets placed at a Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) of

around 14 m as shown in the layout drawing as given below:

Premier Sequencing Floating Jet Fountain will consist of three water effects and will be controlled by a

controller that will come with different combinations.

� Light – 6 nos. 21watt x 12v LED (RGB) in stainless steel enclosure.

� Pump – 10 hp x 1

• Cascade Jet – 2 sets at Periphery

� Light – Total - 12 nos. i.e., 6 nos. x 2 sets; 21watt x 12v LED (RGB) in stainless steel enclosure.

• The housing, top cover and bracket are all in polished

stainless steel, fasteners are stainless steel.

• Design is extremely compact.

• Special measures have been taken for protection of

components and sealing.

• Power LEDs are used rather than multiple small LEDs.

Premier Floating Jet Fountain at the water body will consist of combination of High & Heavy Cascade at

the Centre and 4 nos. of Compact Floating Foaming Jet at the 4 corners of the water body.

Warranty

1. PREMIERWORLDTM

warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period

of Twelve months from date of dispatch from its Boral, Kolkata factory or eleven months from

date of commissioning whichever is sooner.

2. If in the opinion of PREMIERWORLDTM

after its due investigation the defect is found to result from

defects in material or workmanship the defective part or parts will either be repaired or replaced

at the option of PREMIERWORLDTM

and at its cost including carriage and labour. The repaired or

replaced parts will be covered by the remaining balance of the original warranty. Defective parts

if replaced will be the property of PREMIERWORLDTM

.

3. PREMIERWORLDTM

will not be liable for any consequential costs or damages how-so-ever caused

or arising.

4. This warranty applies to all products manufactured by PREMIERWORLDTM

and thereby carrying its

brand or brand names. Products not manufactured by PREMIERWORLDTM

but supplied by it

singularly or as part of a project or installation shall be warranted according to the actual

manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty excludes damage or defects directly or indirectly caused

by:

� Misuse or mishandling and malicious damage and theft

� Failure to carry out maintenance

� Running after a fault has been observed

� Normal wear and tear and deterioration

� Low water level or lack of water

� Poor water quality

� Use of injurious chemicals or substances in the water

� Improper cleaning methods or chemicals used

� Irregular electricity supply particularly but not limited to low and high voltage

� Insects, vermin, animals

� Lightning, flooding, earth subsidence

� Defective civil work

5. Consumable parts are excluded under the warranty. Such parts include but are not limited to:

colour filters, light bulbs, fuses, filters.

Delivery Time: 6-8 weeks from the date of received of work/purchase order.

Installation: 2 weeks from materials reaches at site.
