ORDER OF BUSINESS Proposed Resolution Nr. PR 0087-15 introduced by Hon. Leandro B. Yangot Jr. entitled, "Inviting in aid of legislation Robert John L. Sobrepena, Chairman, Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJHDevCo) to appear before the City Council during its Regular Session on July 20, 2015 to shed light on the CJHDevCo statement that all improvements within Camp John Hay shall remain with the third parties with whom they have contracted or leased out areas within the leased area of Camp John Hay." (Item 69a, 13 July 2015 Agenda) Proposed Resolution Nr. PR 0088-15 introduced by Hon. Vice Mayor Edison R. Bilog entitled, "Inviting in aid of legislation the Punong Barangays of the 13 barangays within the Camp John Hay reservation and the Chairperson of the Camp John Hay Development Corporation or his duly authorized representative(s) to be resource person in a Special Session to be scheduled by the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Baguio." (Item 69b, 13 July 2015 Agenda) Oral motion of Hon. Leandro B. Yangot Jr. during the 25 May 2015 Regular Session to invite the John Hay Management Corporation and the Bases Conversion Development Authority to shed light on the following:

[a] update on the segregation of barangays within the Camp John Hay reservation; [b] appeal of the schools within Camp John Hay who stands the possibility of eviction from

their present school sites; [c] the situation of the present labor force in Camp John Hay who stand to be displaced with

the impending take over by the Bases Conversion Development Authority; and [d] the matter on the city's share from the operations of Camp John Hay pursuant to

Resolution Nr. 362, series of 1992. (Item 2, 10 July 2015 Agenda) (NOTE: The following personalities were requested to be present in today's meeting to be resource persons relative to the above matters:
