CME CREDITS
The 20th ESPNIC Medical and Nursing Congress is designated for a maximum of 21 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
POSTERS
Please mount your posters on the poster board which has been assigned to you in the Scientific Program.
There will be two posters shifts as follows:
Sunday, June 14 - Monday, June 15, 2009 (Posters 1-236)
Posters are to be mounted from 12:00 on Sunday and removed at the conclusion of sessions on Monday and not later than 18:30. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Tuesday, June 16 - Wednesday, June 17, 2009 (Posters 237-465)
Posters are to be mounted from 07:00 on Tuesday and removed at the conclusion of sessions on Wednesday and not later than 13:00. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

CYBER CENTRE
A cyber center will be available for participants’ use during Exhibition hours at the Veronafiere Congress Centre. Please note that in Italy internet access in public places is regulated by Italian Law 155/2005 which requires that all internet access be logged and identifiable and that a copy of a valid photo ID of internet users be kept together with the logs. Consequently, all participants who wish to access internet during the congress will need a username and password that will be given after scanning a photo ID.A hostess will welcome you, scan your EU photo ID or passport and give you the user name and password (for free). This procedure is necessary both for Internet café computers and personal laptops. If you wish to use the internet services, please do not forget to bring with you your EU photo ID or passport.Please note that this rule apply also in hotels and Internet cafe’s.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The Certificate of Attendance may be printed from the self-service stations in the registration area from Tuesday, June 16, using the barcode printed on your name badge.
GALA DINNER
The Congress Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday, June 16 at 20:00 in the Giusti Gardens. You may register at the Registration Desk, availability permitting as tickets are
limited.
Please approach the Bag Distribution Desk to exchange your voucher for a Gala Dinner ticket and map. Ticket admits one.
BABY VERONA MARATHON
Join a non competitive run in the historical centre of Verona (5 or 10 km) which will start at 19:30 in Piazza Brà, where the famous Arena is located. Participation is free for Congress participants. Free registration can be confirmed at the Registration Desk by Monday, June 15 at 14:00.

The Veronafiere Congress Centre is 3 km from the centre of Verona, only few minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova railway station and close to “Verona Sud” exit on the A4 motorway Milan-Venice.
CITY BUS SERVICE
Bus lines to the Veronafiere Centre are 21 (stop at Via Agricoltura), 61 and 83 (stop at Viale del Lavoro). The trip lasts two-four minutes.The orange city busses (AMT busses) depart in front of the railway station from bus-track “A”. Bus lines to the centre are: 11, 12, and 13. A 5 minutes trip by bus allows you to reach the historic centre of Verona at the Piazza Bra where there is the monumental Roman circus, the Arena.
Urban tickets and daily tickets must be purchased beforehand at bus tickets office, at news-stands’ or tobacconists’.
