ON-DEMAND KÄRCHER ACADEMY TRAINING
The Kärcher Academy is launching a new learning experience for dealers: on-demand training available on computer, tablet, or phone. With content created by our Academy Training Team you will be able to learn anytime it is convenient for you. This on-demand training will be available by contacting your account manager and providing specific information so that we can create an account for you.
Once you are in the system you will be able to take courses on a wide range of subjects, from sales skills to product knowledge to service skills, depending on what your individual learning needs are. Individual courses can be combined to fulfill designated learning paths which lead to certifications.
Another aspect of the on-demand training platform is an informal learning area where you can share ideas and thoughts through video or text. This will allow you to connect with experts for questions and answers and look for ideas on how to make that next sale or complete a repair.
Talk with your account manager today about how you can get started.

Virtual Classroom Training
Virtual Classes are live, interactive classes lead by a Kärcher Academy Trainer for a geographically dispersed audience. These are not to be confused with webinars that simply require you to listen and view since virtual classes focus on interaction between you, the Academy Trainer, and other students.
In our virtual classroom you can expect the following types of activities:
Chat boxes used to gather thoughts and ideas from the class.
Polling to gather opinions. Drawing and typing to create lists. Small group breakouts where you
will work with a subset of the class in a different room and then join to the rest of the class to view all the work the groups created.
Since the goal of these classes is interaction, not just presenting material, they are not recorded so you will need to join them live from your computer, tablet, or phone. Catalogs showing the available classes can be found in Infonet. Simply browse to the class you want to attend, register for it, and look for an e-mail with all of the class information and a calendar invite!
SALES TRAINING
The selling process is complex. Kärcher Academy can help your team develop the right skills and adopt more effective sales behaviors. Ultimately, helping your sales force meets its goals.
The floor care sales classes are built around the theme of our trademarked “PDIR+ Process” which focuses on helping customers understand how soil flows into their facility. Through an understanding of each step of the maintenance process (Preventative, Daily, Interim and Restorative Maintenance), the salesperson can help guide the customer to the best solution for them.
The pressure washer sales training focuses on developing strong sales skills, presenting solutions, understanding the products and the range of equipment available.

APPLIED SOLUTION SELLING
Denver, Colorado
Course objectivesThe solution selling course is designed for the Jan San professional who
wants to grow their equipment business. This class is not focused on
features, advantages, or benefits but rather on end users and how the
equipment solves problems for them.
Attendees will complete online portions of the course prior to arriving
in Denver. This will help to both shorten and focus the professional’s
time while out of the field. With this classroom section already finished,
students can right away start to implement their solution finding methods.
Utilizing these procedures, students will be engaging with their classmates
and creating solutions with live, interactive scenarios.
These results will help their customers accomplish their goals, avoid their
challenges, and clean their surfaces in a safer and more efficient manner.
The goal of this class is to have the student see equipment not merely as
a product, but as an overall solution.
