CONTRACT CONDITIONSPublisher reserves the right to hold advertisers and/or its ad-vertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher.
Full payment for banners, enewsletter, or any digital advertising must be received at time of purchase.
A 15% discount will be paid to recognized advertising agencies upon payment of invoice. No discounts or commissions will be paid on invoices not paid within 30 days. If invoices are paid within 10 days, a 2% discount applies. An additional 3% will be added to invoices paid by credit card.
Insertion orders must be signed by advertisers for each indi-vidual insertion and received by date indicated. Insertion orders for contract advertisers are used for materials and billing infor-mation—theydonotaffectthealreadysignedcontracts.
Neithertheadvertisernoritsagencymaycancel(ormakechanges to) insertion orders once received. It is understood that the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against any loss, expense, or other liability resulting from any claims or suits for libel, viola-tion of rights of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, or any other claims or suits that may arise out of the publication of such advertisement.
Orders that earn volume discounts may be canceled by agen-cies upon written notice 30 days prior to the closing date of the issue. Payment of account becomes due in full, including thedifferencebetweenratesbilledandratesearnedonthespace used. Advertisers will be short rated to recover discounts forfeitedbecauseofunfulfilledcontract.
Specialty Publishing Media (SPM) reserves the right to refuse advertisingthatis,initsestimation,notinkeepingwiththenature of Connected World’s editorial mission.

St. Charles Rd., Ste. D, Carol Stream, IL and for which use is permitted by and pursuant to this Agreement. TheMarkwillbeusedasisandwillnotbealteredinanyway.TheMarkmustbelinkeddirectlytothearticle/awardthatitrepresents.AnyotheruseoftheMarkmustbepriorapprovedin writing from Specialty Publishing Media. Connected World is aregisteredTrademarkofSpecialtyPublishingMedia.Anyusewithout the expressed written consent from Specialty Publishing Media is prohibited and is a violation of U.S. and International trademarklaw.Allrightsreserved.
Term;Termination:TheAgreementshallremainineffectfora period of one-year from the date of acceptance. Specialty Publishing Media may terminate the Agreement immediately with notice if it determines in its sole discretion that Licensee’s useoftheMarkwouldresultinanydamagetothereputationor goodwill associated with Specialty Publishing Media, Specialty PublishingMedia’sproductsandservices,ortheMark.Upontermination, Licensee agrees to immediately discontinue all use oftheMarkandanydesignationconfusinglysimilarthereto,and to give Specialty Publishing Media satisfactory evidence of destructionofmaterialsbearingtheMark.
