A milestone that responds to the complex and increasing demands of the water damage restauration market. Our desire for perfection is reflected in all the details that make using our systems as easy and efficient as never before.

As a result of our more than 30 years of experience we create new standards in energy efficiency, flexibility, sustainability and operation with the AERCUBE® family. Our know-how and testing opportunities at our in-house climate chamber mean that our units are demonstrably always state-of-the-art – now and in the future.

KEEP IT SIMPLE – is the principle that also applies to operating the units. The new self-explanatory eDRY® electronic system provides drying engineers with precisely the information they need to quickly and easily take the installation into use – intelligent and user-friendly. Highest levels of operational reliability have been realised by separating the units’ electronic and mechanical systems.

Our units are, of course, equipped with calibrated energy meters as standard.

All units in the new AERCUBE® series can be combined with and stacked on top of each other. The optional adapter plate also allows you to stack and combine all the units you already have with the AERCUBE® system. The unit dimensions that have been optimised to

match pallet dimensions and an optionally available lashing system make it possible to save storage space and to transport the units safely.

WE HAVE DEVELOPED THE MODULAR SYSTEM FOR BUILDING DRYING AND WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION WITH THE NEW ENERGY-EFFICIENT AERCUBE® FAMILY.

Various handling options and lightweight units permit comfortable transport by a single person.

The fact that wheels have intentionally not been used means that sensitive floor coverings are protected.

Safety locks provides rapid access to the inside of the units while guaranteeing maximum safety at the same time. The hygienically design means that dirt can be easily and thoroughly removed from the inside and outside. It is therefore possible to make the units ready for use again within a short time.

Suction drying method with AERCUBE® and dehumidifier (E.g. AD 740)

With suction drying, the room air is dried by the dehumidifier AD 740.

The AERCUBE® system sucks the dried air over the expansion gap into the insulation layer. Moisture and free water are sucked into the VT 2 water separator via the hose system. Free water will be separated in the VT 2. Dirt and bacteria will be filered in the Hepa Filter Unit HF 2.

The suction pressure is generated by the VP 6 turbine or side channel blower VP 2/VP 3. In order to reduce the noise pollution, the sound silencer SD 2 is installed. The remaining humidity in the filtrated air will be dried out with a dehumidifier (E.g. AD 740).

Advantages:

Overpressure drying method with AERCUBE® System and dehumidifier (E.g. AD 740)

The room air is dried out by a dehumidifier (E.g. AD 740) and pressed via the drilled floor holes into the insulation layer by side channel blower VP 2/VP 3 or turbine VP 6. The moisture in the insulation layer will be pushed out via the expansion gaps at the edge of the room.

Advantages:

�Very effective and cost-saving way of drying

�Less units needed

�Due to the overpressure, the pavement will be lifted. This leads to a better air flow and therefore more effctive drying.

The heater gets the fuel from the tank below but can also be connected to an external tank.Fuel filter is outside. Fuel pre-heater is inside, within the combustion head.
