If you’re wondering what we specialize in here at Peace Tree Farm, you’ve flipped to the right page! Lavender is the star of our show, and we’re excited to offer up the very best lavender cultivars for both landscape and harvesting, including our very own Peace Tree Farm cultivar creations, Lavender Phenomenal® and Sensational!

Lavender is a challenge to propagate: Driven by our passion for superior lavender, we’ve spent years fine-tuning our production process to deliver the industry’s finest in both clean lavender liners and finished plants for retail.

Phenomenal® inherited all the good genes from both parents. Unlike English lavenders, it thrives in both warm and cool climates, better than traditional lavenders. Like the angustifolias, it produces beautifully long stems, a wonderful fragrance, and high-grade oils. Exceptionally tolerant of harsh winters, it is an easy-to-grow lavender that resists the effects of humidity in the summer.

Peace Tree Farm is proud to sponsor the National Garden Bureau (NGB) Year of the Lavender 2020. Lavender has been a long time favorite, and it is increasing in sales by solid double digits annually. Home gardeners are growing their own lavender using more accessible, disease resistant, and hardy varieties. Lavender is attractive year round, has abundant health and wellness benefits, and makes a great cut or dried flower.

populate our houses with an army of beneficial insects

through regular, recurring releases and a banker plant

system. Accurate pest and beneficial identification is key for

success in addition to understanding each species lifecycle

so that you can maximize the potency of beneficials and

RETAILERSRetail garden centers, garden club plant sales, boutique vendors, grocery stores, and other retail outlets can purchase wholesale from our wonderful selection of finished ornamental annuals and perennials, certified organic herbs and vegetables, lavenders, and pollinator plants.

Sign up for wholesale access at www.peacetreefarm.com. Orders are preferred via E-mail but we also accept via FAX. All orders are confirmed with an acknowledgement. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that their order is accurate once turned into an acknowledgement.

Pre-ordering from the finished price list is highly recommended for peak spring finished orders. On-hand availability changes quickly during peak season. Availability is posted weekly, and orders can be placed for the week of delivery. Orders are honored in the order they are placed.

Finished product is sold in full flats of individual items only. No mixed or partial flats.

FINISHERSOur 102 liners are expertly grown and arrive to your growing operation healthy and vigorous. We have an excellent selection of ornamental liners and certified organic edible liners.

Young plant orders across all programs can be placed direct via peacetreefarm.com or with various brokers including: Ball, Eason, Michells, Griffin, McHutchison, and Vaughn. Orders should be placed 10 weeks prior to ship date. On hand availability posted weekly.

LAVENDER GROWERSLavenders are grown for spring and fall and can be ordered for small and large growers along with retail vendors. Refer to our lavender order form for ordering information.

FIELD GROWERSOur certified organic Peace Tree Farm Organics edibles are available as 102 liners suitable for farmers and larger scale producers. Orders must be placed 8-10 weeks in advance of shipment. When space allows, we are open to the possibility of custom orders with advance notice.

DESIGNERSLandscape and container designers are welcome to pre-order finished material from all plant lists. We will do our very best to reserve your requested color palette and varieties for your custom design work.

CUSTOM PROGRAMSAs expert growers, we can produce liners or finished product to any specification and welcome your custom designs for trade shows, design work, and flower shows. Several months advance notice is required to source material and schedule production. We have a specific contract that is required for custom grow programs, without exception.

For custom-sown trays of items outside of our regular plant list, the minimum order per item is a 300 count 102 liner. We require a minimum of 25% more seed than your requested plant count in order to seed accurately. You can provide us with seed directly (we are not responsible for poor seed germination rates), or we can source seed for an additional fee. No custom orders week 14-22.

Delivery is routed the week prior to shipping and is subject to change. We do not accept specific delivery date/time requests in advance. Please provide your receiving information, hours, and policies when placing an order.

PICKUPPickup minimum is $250. Pick ups must be scheduled Tuesday – Friday 8:30 – 4pm in advance of arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the accuracy of the item count and quality of the material before accepting the order. Claims for shortages or quality will not be accepted once the pickup order has been signed for and has left the premises. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on orders not picked up as scheduled.

SHOP IN PERSONFor wholesale customers only. Please call to schedule a time in advance of your visit. Upon arrival, walk-ins must check in at the office prior to shopping. Pricing is listed on weekly availability and order forms. We sell full flats only. An additional charge will be added for partial trays and below minimum purchases. Pricing and product listings are subject to change at any time and are at the discretion of Peace Tree Farm.

If you are shopping with us in person, you may see plants tagged as sold. Please do not pull plants from tagged-as-sold product – check with a sales team member if you have questions.

TermsPAYMENT OPTIONS & CREDIT TERMSWe accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. For orders shipped via FedEx, a credit card is required and is processed at the time of shipment. All credit card payments are charged a 3% service fee at the time of shipping.

Payment is Net 30 days for customers with established credit; all other orders are COD. Interest in the amount of 2% per month will be added to bills over 30 days past due. Accounts over 60 days past due will be put on hold with no other orders shipped until payment has been made. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Buyer agrees that if an overdue invoice remains unpaid they will be liable for collection charges including reasonable attorney fees.

CLAIMS POLICIESWe strive to deliver quality plants as scheduled to all of our customers; however, we understand that occasionally the need to file a claim will arise.

Photos and a written report are required for all claims. Please provide the following information: Peace Tree Farm, LLC™ order number; date the plants arrived; photos of the damaged plants and damaged boxes; photo of the starter plant tray label, and a list of plants showing a potential claim. This information will enable us to resolve your claim in a timely manner. Send all claims to: [email protected]

Quality & Shortage ClaimsQuality and Shortage Claims must be filed in writing with Peace Tree Farm, LLC™ within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Photos are required for all claims. Credit(s) will not be issued for claims received over 48 hours after order receipt.

Transit Damage ClaimsTransit damage MUST be noted when RECEIVING the order and noted on FedEx or Peace Tree paperwork. DO NOT discard shipment. Transport claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of order receipt. DO NOT discard shipment. Without the damaged boxes or photos, carriers have the right to deny the claim.

Force MajeurePeace Tree Farm, LLC™ shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in service completion due to any cause or condition beyond its control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, labor dispute, shortage of materials or supplies, riot or other civil disobedience, war, acts of God or nature, accident, or any acts of any government.

GUARANTEES & LIMITATION ON LIABILITYPeace Tree Farm, LLC™ guarantees plants that are true to name, inspected by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, visually free of dangerous insects and plant diseases, and in acceptable horticultural condition at the time of shipment. We do not warrant that plants are free of genetic defect, virus, bacteria, disease, mutations, syndromes, insect or other pests. Due to environmental and planting conditions beyond our control, Peace Tree Farm, LLC™ cannot guarantee the life and productivity of any plant, and is not liable for plant materials once they are potted or planted by the customer. We will gladly remedy variety problems with replacements of the correct variety. Replacement plants will be provided as soon as production plans permit. Under no circumstances will Peace Tree’s liability exceed the cost of the plants.
