given two minutes to speak.
At the time indicated on the Conference Agenda, the report of the Nominating Committee will
be heard, placing these names into nomination. Nominations at that time may also be made from the floor provided the consent of the nominee has been obtained, the qualifications set forth in
the Founder Region Procedures are met, and a resume is provided to the voting body before the
polling begins. Resume forms shall be obtained from the nominating committee.
