omplete private property management: €32 plus VAT per month/apartment including letting Collection of rent and utility costs

Exercising other rights as a property owner with respect to all authorities including registry offi ces, suppliers, workmen, and tenants and lessees

Arranging maintenance and repair work on/in the apartment

Billing of utility costs of tenant

Enforcement of contractually agreed rental increases Res-ponsibility for due cosmetic repairs by the tenant upon moving out

Conducting all correspondence with the tenant

Safekeeping of rental deposit Handling incidents with insurance companies and third

parties For new and/or subsequent apartment lets: Concluding

rental agreement Payment of monthly rental income to owner Provision of monthly billing to owner via online access of

the administrator. The owner can carry out billing on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis according to individual needs.
