Commonhold property management coverage includes:
Commercial management for shared ownerships Convening meetings for owners Implementing and moni-
toring decisions made at the owners’ meeting
Establishing and monitoring compliance with house rules
Monitoring compliance with the regulations of the declara-tion of division and/or building by-laws
Preparing an overall budget including individual budgets
Preparing an overall annual statement including individual annual statements
Account management for shared ownerships (for the busi-ness and reserve accounts), regular dunning Concluding contracts for the management of the common property
Checking receipts and invoices with the property manage-ment committee
Commercial consulting when awarding contracts for main-tenance and repair work as well as other contract conclu-sions including price negotiations Commercial review of supplier, service and contractor invoices
Technical management for shared ownerships Carrying out regular property inspections
Monitoring the common property’s need for maintenance and/or repair

rental agreement Payment of monthly rental income to owner Provision of monthly billing to owner via online access of
the administrator. The owner can carry out billing on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis according to individual needs.
