Place gravy into saucepan or pot. Heat
over medium heat while stirring or
whisking until temperature reaches
160F. Add water or chicken stock to
reach desired consistency. Season to
taste if you do!

Lasagna
Vegetarian Lasagna
Spinach Cannelloni
Bake covered in foil container provided
at 350F for 1-1.5 hours. internal
temperature must be 160F. Bake
uncovered for 10 minutes or broil
for 5 minutes to brown cheese.
POTATOES

Bake covered in foil container provided
at 350F for 1-1.5 hours. internal
temperature must be 160F.
Dauphinois Potatoes
Bake covered in foil container provided
at 350F for 1-1.5 hours. Internal
temperature should reach 160F. Bake
uncovered for 10 minutes or broil for 5
minutes to brown cheese.
Scalloped Potatoes
Bake covered in foil container provided
(or place your own baking dish before
putting in the oven) at 350F for 1.5-2
hours. Internal temperature must be
160F. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or
broil for 5 minutes to brown cheese.
Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake covered in foil container provided
at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Internal
temperature to reach 160F. Bake
uncovered for 10 minutes or broil for
5 minutes to brown cheese. Add more
cheese if you like!
VEGETABLES
Baked Tomatoes
Bake uncovered or arrange in your own
baking dish at 350F for 10-20 minutes or
until cheese topping is golden brown.
Roasted Vegetables
Spread out in a single layer on cookie
sheet/baking tray lined with parchment
paper. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
until done to your liking.
Cabbage Rolls
Ratatouille
Cauliflower au Gratin
Baked covered at 350F for 1.5-2 hours.
The internal temperature must be 160F.
