Real Steel Knives (RSK) was established in 2013 in Hangzhou, China. The team here at RSK has a huge amount of expertise and experience and was hand picked for the job of making, promoting and developing knives. There are three main principles that form the foundation for the recent success we have had. These three principles represent the way we do work and the way in which we make our products. ‘Those who understand other are smart, yet those who know themselves are truly the wise ones’ -Lao-Tze. The RSK team has been part of the development of a many number of products that other companies have entrusted in us to carry out and because of this attained a huge amount of knowledge. Thus, this knowledge of what we can manufacture, makes us ‘wise’ in this sphere. RSK is proud to be made in China, with China’s con-stant innovation and development in other fields inspiring us every day. ‘The tools must be sharp before you can do a proper job’-Confucius .RSK does not strive to make a lot of products with little quality or lacking in innovation, we do however display our compre-

hensive expertise in each and every product we release. We have the patience and the ambition to see through what we need in our first five years, and since our establishment this has been reflect-ed in the sheer diversity of products and innovation in knife manufacturing. We developed and released our own locking systems; button lock ,back lock and slip joints. We too developed and released our own complicated multi-functional knife. This is done not because we think it needs to, but be-cause we can do it, and we can do it well. In terms of were we think we sit, we set our own bench-marks at every level, from the entry level to the high end. Though all of this is development, RSK is still in the process of gathering strength and the wind is still under our sails. ‘Difficult matters must be solved without much ef-fort. Great matters must be handled in finite detail’-Lao-Tze. We at RSK are modest, we avidly listen to what our fans and designers have to say. In our opinion, it definitely takes two to tango and the designers and fans high admiration of our product is the biggest recognition we could take.

RSK’s part of the production and design process only makes half of what goes into a knife, we always strike a balance between each and every designer we col-laborate with, listening to all of the feedback they have and implementing it directly into the knife. RSK 100% guarantees that in every knife developed, the individ-uality of the designer and the intricacy of structure is united to create a work of art in construction.

For the majority of RSK knives the main material used is Sandvik 14C28N. Yet this year RSK has moved into higher grade metals for a first with Bohler N690. On top of this Bohler M390 and Crucible S35NV has again played an important role in the RSK S-Series line up.

‘Beta Plus’ for Frame Lock

In 2014, we implemented the‚Beta Plus‘ frame lock into some of our knives as supplementary security. Following the success of this lock in 2016, we developed the ‘Beta Plus II’, which added additional security.

‘101 Safety‘ for Liner Lock ‘P7‘ for Button Lock

‘Mutex-Alpha‘ Back Lock ‘i-Adapter’ ‘Double Bead’

Inconspicuously attached to the blade back, our ‘101 Safety‘ can and has withstood any strength test in the market. Even the feared ‘Spinehawk’test could not move the blade from its original positioning.

We worked through 7 different prototypes before we were satisfied with the construction of our ‘P7 button lock’. The lock is secured discreetly to the back of the handle so it does not affect the feel and action of the knife.

The lanyard lock also called ‘Mutex Alpha‘, allows the knife to be secured via its lanyard. The ‘Mutex Alpha’ completely prevents acci-dental opening of the knife in any and all circumstances.

Rotating adapter that can adjust to a number of positions. Nov. 2016 – The Pointman is first Stock NO to be equipped with the ‘i-Adapter’ rotating back lock.

In celebration of RSK’s 5th year birthday an collaboration with Car-son Huang. A specially designed extra ball has installed in the lock bar, with a unique double bead structure (360 degree rotating & slide beads).

E stands for ‘Every Day Carry’ so everyday wear, and in fact, our E-series models are entirely up to any every day task. Our E77 is the classic en-try-level standard, which has impressed our previous fans with its first-class price for performance. What is often the case is the E77 is so reliable that customers often return to purchase the E571, E771, E775 or E801 variants. All these knives are distinguished by their outstanding workmanship and differ only by their distinctive design. Realsteel also points out that a sufficient and professional care is required for the lasting performance of Realsteel Knives.

Payable repairsProblems with the opening and closing of folding knives, lost opening, other lost accessories, or blade breakages are handled individually by Realsteel. Please send us a photo of the knife and describe the problem The sending of the knife will also require shipping fee.

Free warranty serviceDefective small parts such as screws, pocket clips and washers can be obtained free of charge from an author-ized dealer with proof of purchase of a Realsteel knife. It is also possible that parts can be dispatched directly from Realsteel. In this case we need exact model and necessary serial numbers and/or ask for a photo of the respective knife and the defective small part. The parts will be sent from China.
