2019 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo The TVCC Beef Cattle Show Team was extremely successful participating in the 2019 Houston Livestock Show. The

team was involved in the Open Charolais Cattle division of the show on February 27, 2019. Below is a list of the

individual animals along with the students who showed them and their placing’s. It takes a lot of consistent daily work

preparing these cattle for each show during the season. The daily work mostly involves washing and blow drying, leading

and training to set up correctly, and feeding. Just prior to a show, each team member is assigned a calf by the team captain

to clip, fit and show for the upcoming event. Members show a different calf at each show.
