Wednesday Dressage Clinic 9:00am – 11:00am: Gypsy/Drum World Show Western Dressage

Clinic with Tim Christensen, Multiple WDAA World and Reserve World Champion and Multiple

USEF Horse Of The Year Honors.

We will cover the Gaits, Arena Geometry, Class Etiquette Etc...... We will work with each rider

on the correct Gaits for their horse for the Dressage Classes they are entered in. In General, it

will be a healthy overall presentation for exhibitors and their horses in preperation for

Thursday. Do not hesitate to participate in our clinic and World Show Dressage Classes even if

its brand new to you. I suggest you consider the lower levels if its your first time.

Cost: $35.00 per rider

Audit fee: $15.00

All funds will be used to offset the cost of the Arena etc for J and J Horse Shows.

Ride A Test Wednesday 12:00pm – 5:00pm. $15.00 for each test Riden. Sign up Wednesday

morning. Every 10 minutes. Tim will guide you and offer suggestions and tips to help you.

Gypsy horses will go by GHSA rule set. GVHS & GHRA APPROVED SHOW!

2019 GVHS/GHRA/GHSA/IDHA Show Policies Health Papers: In State Horses- no coggins needed. Out of State Horses- Health certificate dated within 45 days of the show and a negative coggins dated within 12 months of the show. All checks will be cashed as soon as possible. No refunds will be given without a certified Vet note and verification from Vet. No post-dated checks will be accepted. All classes must be paid for before the class. A $75 check return fee will be charged and further action may be taken by show management GVHS/GHRA/IDHA. No refunds will be given on any scratched classes at show. No fee for adding classes at show! The two-minute gate rule will be in effect! The two-minute timing shall start when the last horse enters the ring. If you need a gate hold please fill out gate hold form in the office. Gate Check in Policy: the exhibitor is responsible to get oneself into the class. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check-in with the gate person and make sure you are in the correct class. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES! Stall Requests: Please use the request line on the entry form for stabling requests. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee. To be properly entered in this show: Horse: 1. Copy of registration papers on file with show manager 2. Green Horse classes- horses can not have been shown in the particular WT or WTC class more than twice ever to be elgible for green. This is a non -prequalifying class so you did not have to

show in this class previously to show in these classes at the World Championship Show.

World Show Qualifications: attended any 2 approved GVHS/GHRA/IDHA show between November 2018 – November 2019 and placed 1-6.

We will use the MOS point system. During class announcements we will announce the MOS

winner. In the show office you can see your placings per individual judge. This is a qualifying show for GVHS & GHRA so we will send the individual points into the registries not the MOS

results so you will still get triple points for this show.

Added classes must be added the day before by 7:00pm.

Classes will be offered in both Traditional and Western Dressage Thursday, November 14, 2019.

We will follow Guidelines for USEF/USDF Traditional and WDAA for Western.

Each entry will ride two tests/level and the combined score will determine placings. Tests and

scores will be available following the Awards Presentation on Thursday Evening.

There will be a Open Division and a Amateur/Junior Division.

Horse/Rider Combinations can do multiple levels, but levels must be back to back. Horse/Rider

Combinations are limited to two separate levels (For example Horse A and Rider A can show

Introductory and Basic, but cannot show Introductory and Level 1 etc...nor can Horse/Rider

Combination do Introductory, Basic and Level 1etc...)
