Meal Planning Workshop Please join us for a FREE informative workshop on Saturday, January 19, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Room 104 on healthy meal planning highlighting the

benefits of the Keto diet. Start the year with clear health goals and practical steps on taking care of your body. Tiffany Davis will be teaching us this valuable information and give her own personal journey of healthy living. Sample treats will be provided.

Encouragement for Cancer Survivors or Patients!

It is wonderful to gather and pray purposefully and intentionally for each other. That is what we have done

for almost two years on the 2nd Sunday of the month. If you have cancer or a dear one to you has cancer, consider joining us from 12:15 to 1:15 pm to pray for God’s wisdom, healing, strength and power. Grab a “to go” meal in the MAC and come pray with us. Our next prayer gathering is Sunday, January 13, in Room 104 here at FBC. Questions?
