They are modeled after the summer program – we simply squeeze all the laughter, friendship and care into 2 1/2 days instead of seven. During the fall and spring, 10 family weekend programs are run serving the following groups: metabolic disorders, cancers, sickle cell anemia, and orphan illnesses. Family Weekends serve at least 20 families, approximately 100 people. Oftentimes, it is the first time a family as an entire unit can share a common joyful experience, rather than the care and concern of their sick child and sibling.

The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a year-round center serving children and their families coping with cancer, sickle cell anemia and other serious illnesses. Typically, campers attend Camp one week for three years in succession, giving them an outstanding experience to which they can look forward from year to year.
