2 TheCodeimposesrequirementswithrespecttoAdDelivery&Reporting,(ADR).ADRisdefinedintheCodeas“thecollectionoruseofdataaboutabrowserordeviceforthepurposeofdeliveringadsorprovidingadvertising-relatedservices,including,butnotlimitedto:providingaspecificadvertisementbasedonaparticulartypeofbrowser,device,ortimeofday;statisticalreporting,trafficanalysis,analytics,optimizationofadplacement;adperformance,reach,andfrequencymetrics(e.g.,frequencycapping);securityandfraudprevention;billing;andloggingthenumberandtypeofadsservedonaparticulardaytoaparticularwebsite,application,ordevice”(Code§I.A.).
