Letter from the President

As the boys youth soccer environment in the United States continues to change at an ever-increasing pace, we are excited to begin the 3rd season of the Boys Elite Clubs National League. It has been no small feat to create a new competition and development platform in an already dynamic and chaotic landscape, but with the great conviction and support of our member clubs, the Boys ECNL has grown significantly, strengthened incredibly, and is poised to help lead American youth soccer into the future, Raising the Game for boys players, teams, and clubs.

Our mission is to provide our players, coaches, and member clubs with the highest quality of competition, education and development available in the youth game, as well as unparalleled opportunities and experiences. With your support, and with your unique perspective and voice informing every decision we make, the Boys ECNL will continue to improve the quality of the game, and the quality of the player experience, every day. We have only begun to scratch the surface of the impact that we can have together on the sport.

The quality of competition in the Boys ECNL has perhaps been most evident in the performance of our clubs in the first two years of the ENPL, where each year the league has captured 4 of 5 ENPL National Champions. We look forward to seeing our clubs continue to set the standard in this regard. The 2019-2020 Boys ECNL season will include 90 clubs in the league at every age group, with great new clubs in the Pacific Northwest and many other new cities and regions across the country. The Boys ECNL is truly a national league, a national platform, and a national structure to provide opportunity for the American player – no matter what city they live in.

As a member club, you are the core of the Boys ECNL. Thank you for your commitment to the league, to continuing to push limits and raise standards in our league, and to making this league everything you want it to be.

We wish you a fantastic 2019-2020 season.

Christian LaversBoys ECNL President

BRYC Elite Accademy

The BRYC Elite Academy is committed to producing players who demonstrate advanced technical skills, those who value ball retention and can perform at an aesthetically pleasing level, and players who are able to operate effectively in multiple systems of play and with a greater cerebral appreciation of the game.

In order for our club to best facilitate this commitment to our membership, we have defined a systematic program for teaching specific training ground themes at the most appropriate stages of players’ physical, psychosocial and coordinative development.

Our emphasis at all stages of player development is to stress individual player improvement/growth, and to protect against the tendency for players, parents and coaches to focus on the success of independent teams within our club.

“ We are excited about the upcoming season and the new partner clubs joining the Boys ECNL for the 2019-2020 season-sal year. The Boys ECNL platform affords our players additional exposure and aides our programto continue to produce top-level players, championship teams and boys ready for the next level.

To offer every player the opportunity to participate in and play soccer at his or her own level of competition. Teams are provided in a recreational division, a juniors division, a select division, a classic division and an outreach division. Emphasis is placed on the development of soccer skills, participation, sportsmanship and enjoying the game of soccer. While team standings are kept, won-loss records are de-emphasized as the division puts soccer skill development, participation and enjoyment of the game of soccer first.

“ We are really looking forward to our second season in the boys ECNL. The first season was an adjustment and something our players, coaches and club were really excited about.
