Cluster tickets are valid for 90 days from date of purchase. A date and

time slot must be chosen for the 1st attraction visit. London cluster

tickets have to be collected from the attraction that the web booking was

made with. Once the 1st attraction ticket is redeemed guests have up to

90 days to use the additional attraction tickets. Cluster tickets are to be

collected at the attraction. Guests will receive 1 ticket with a barcode + 1

ticket with a booked timeslot for each attraction. Please note that

customers must retain the barcoded ticket to gain access to the

attractions.

Customers will be able to change their allocated timeslot directly at the

attractions on arrival but this is strictly subject to availability.
