2018 DALLAS BUILDERS ASSOCIATION MARKETING GUIDE

As we begin this new year, I want to thank all the partners that have already committed to participation. For those of you still looking for a great way to enhance the benefits of your membership at the Dallas BA, you’ve come to the right place. Inside this Marketing Guide, you will find a wide range of programs and events for you to consider. It’s easy to determine your marketing levels with the Association by reviewing the events for the coming year. The Dallas BA programs and events throughout the year will allow you to generate recognition in front of your industry peers and to establish new contacts with builder members and other Associates. Over the years, the benefits of time shared with one another at these events have helped grow many successful member companies. These opportunities range from single events such as awards galas, a golf tournament, the annual crawfish boil, Casino Christmas, and others. We also feature program partnerships for meetings for Divisions and Councils. Our highest level partnership is the esteemed Industry Investor. Each marketing opportunity listed in the Marketing Guide not only includes an investment amount, but also includes what benefits you can expect in return. It also includes a 2018 Events Calendar to provide further assistance in planning your participation. Plan now on how you will promote your services throughout 2018. As a member of the Dallas Builders Association, you have many different opportunities to market your company, product and services. By participating with the Association, you gain a competitive advantage by making sure your company’s name is in front of the many Dallas BA member companies, as well as the public who turns to our Association for building related referrals. The Yearlong Partner Program provides a non-exclusive opportunity for member companies to have a presence in major Dallas BA events and initiatives throughout the year. The upfront investment allows Yearlong Partners to maximize their investment and exposure by bundling partnerships.

Multifamily Builders: Council members work to eliminate regulatory barriers that drive up building costs and focus on the range of choices that high density housing offers. They provide advocacy, education & networking for multifamily professionals.Remodelers: This group of remodelers, architects, suppliers, manufacturers and design professionals stresses high professional standards and promotes on-going education in the home improvement industry. Sales and Marketing: The Dallas SMC connects members and builds careers through information, education, recognition and networking. Their goal is to develop the highest skill level of new home sales and marketing professionals. In an ever-changing market, knowledge is power.

CouncilsA gathering of like minds. A sharing of experience. An exchange of knowledge. Councils support, promote and coordinate the work of active industry professionals and offer members the opportunity to sustain commitment to innovation, motivation and professionalism in specific fields.

Dallas: Regular meetings of members who build and work in Dallas are held bimonthly on the first Thursday at Maggiano’s at NorthPark Centre in Dallas.Metro East: Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month 7 times a year at The Landing at Chandler’s in Rockwall.Metro North: Members who do business in Collin and Denton Counties meet the fourth Wednesday 6 times a year at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco.

Divisions Division meetings and activities provide a forum for members to meet and network with other Dallas Builders Association members who do business in the same area. They serve as a central point of contact for all issues affecting building and development in their immediate geographic area.
