Welcome Page

To begin a new registration, click New Registration.

To modify an existing registration, click Modify Registration.

Please note that the registration system will time out 30 minutes after a registration or modification has begun.

If you would like to preview the list of questions and agenda options, click the PDF icon to download the Registration Checklist. This checklist can also be useful if you are completing a registration for a colleague or if you and your co-workers are registering for the Group Discount registration. This document will not be accepted in lieu of online registration.

ASTC Membership Verification Page Enter the attendee’s email address and click Verify Email. The system will search for your email address in our database.

If the email address entered is not found, you may not have a myASTC account or we may have a different email address on file. Click the link to members.astc.org to create an account or update your email address. Only follow the steps below to create a myASTC account if your email address is not verified by the online registration system.

Create a myASTC Account (if your email address is not verified) Click Create Account at the top right corner of the webpage.

Fill in the required fields and click Continue.

Under the Select Organization tab, enter the name of your institution or company and click Search.

Select your institution or company from the list and click Continue. If you are a full-time employee at an ASTC-member institution or company and it does not appear in the search results, contact the ASTC Membership Department at (202) 783-7200 or info@astc.org. Fill out the required fields under the Profile tab and click Continue to create your myASTC account. Remember to use your myASTC account to read Dimensions magazine online and join Communities of Practice!

Registration Category Selection Page

If you have been given a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code field. Discounts will be applied when you advance to the next screen. Select your registration category from the list and click Continue. If you are a full-time employee of an ASTC-member institution or company but only Nonmember categories are listed, please contact the ASTC Membership Department by phone at (202) 783-7200 or email at info@astc.org.

Attendee Information Page

Reenter the attendee’s email address in the Verify Email Address field and ensure that all other required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) have been filled.

If you are not the attendee or would like a copy of the registration confirmation sent to another email address, enter that email address in the CC Email Address field.

Some sessions or events may include a boxed or plated lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions, please select one of the options from the dropdown menu.

We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. If you have any allergies or other dietary restrictions, please contact us by phone at (202) 783-7200 or email at conference@astc.org.

Options Page Please answer these questions aimed to enhance your ASTC Annual Conference experience and click Continue.

Agenda Selection Page On this page you will be able to register for preconference sessions and workshops as well as RSVP for select meals and events. All required RSVPs are indicated with a red asterisk (*).

If you would like to attend a session, select the Attendee radio button.

If you are a presenter for a particular session, select the Presenter radio button for that session only. If you are the designated session leader for a particular session, select the Session Leader radio button for that session only. Once you have completed your agenda selections, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Additional Attendees Page (Group Discount Registrations ONLY) All five attendees are required to register at the same time (i.e., within the same online registration session) in order to complete a Group Discount registration. Before advancing to the payment screen, you will be directed to verify the email of each attendee in the group. After selecting the agenda for the first attendee, enter the next attendee’s email address and click Verify Email. Do not enter the same email address for two attendees. Each attendee should have an individual myASTC account with a unique email address. If the email address is not found, create an account at members.astc.org.

If the attendee’s email address has been verified, select the Group Discount registration category and click Continue. You will be able to choose agenda selections and options for that attendee. You will be directed to enter the attendee’s information, options, and agenda selections (see pages 6-9). Repeat this process with each remaining attendee in the group. If the Group Discount registration category does not appear or only Nonmember registration categories are listed, contact the ASTC Membership Department at (202) 783-7200 or info@astc.org.

Payment Page

Review your selections, select your method of payment, and click Submit to complete your registration.

Registration Confirmation Page On this page you can preview your badge, print the confirmation page, and download a copy of your receipt/invoice.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email. If you need to make any changes to your name, institutional affiliation, options, or agenda selections, please follow the instructions in this confirmation email.
