How did you do it We trained chapter president/representatives on the newly developed seven purposes reflection rubric at the fall conference. We asked presidents to use the reflection rubric as a tool for their chapter to refocus and reflect over this next year on how they are interpreting and supporting the purposes. Chapter presidents were asked to send their reflections to the leadership committee by so that the results may be analyzed and used to strengthen and share strategies and activities that support the seven purposes. Was it successful

What have we learned? Many chapters are purposefully engaged within their community and their activities multidimensionally support the seven purposes of DKG. Some chapters are looking for ideas to strengthen their engagement and support of purposes. Examples of what’s happening within our state chapters seems to fall into 5 areas.
